Product Availability

Currently, inventory is not updated automatically. Quantity shown is general stock. Products are subject to availability. Check for availability before ordering large quantities of an item.

Payment

Payment options include: PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card or checking account), and cash on local pick-up. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received. Orders not paid for within 48 hours are subject to cancellation, unless special arrangements have been made.

Local Pick-up

Local pick-up is available in Orem, Ut. Select "Local Pick-Up" at check-out and you will not be charged shipping. You may pay with PayPal or cash. You will be able to specify your payment method at check-out under "Payment Options" after you enter your information.

Shipping within US

Refer to the message at the top of your cart to see the date your package will be sent. Most orders will be shipped USPS First Class (3-5 business days). If you would like to upgrade to Priority (2-3 days) for an extra $2, select "United States - Priority" at check-out. You will receive a tracking number for your package through PayPal.

International Shipping

Orders will be shipped USPS International First Class. Shipping is calculated in your cart. International First Class does not include a tracking number for your package, but it can usually be tracked using the customs form number up until it reaches customs. Then you can usually track it through your carrier. Shipping time depends on the destination, and how long it takes for the package to get through customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are accepted. Buyer has 7 days to return the item. Buyer pays shipping fees. Refund will be issued when the item has been received by BowSweet. There are no refunds on custom orders.
